Have you ever wondered what would you get if you crossbred animals across species? I have. And it looks like I’m not the only one curious to see what would come out of that cross-species union.

Check out the offspring of a Frog and a Duck…

Rain and Tears

Rain and tears are the same,
but in the sun
you've got to play the game.

When you cry in winter time,
you can pretend
it's nothing but the rain.

How many times I've seen
tears coming from your blue eyes.

Rain and tears are the same,
but in the sun
you've got to play the game.

Give me an answer of love,
I need an answer of love.

Rain and tears in the sun
but in your heart
you feel the rainbow waves.

Rain or tears both I shun,
for in my heart
there'll never be a sun.

Rain and tears are the same,
but in the sun
you've got to play the game.

Words of Wisdom

Do not worry about your life, what you will eat or what you will drink, nor about your body, what you will put on. Is not life more than food and the body more than clothing?

Look at the birds of the air, for they neither sow nor reap nor gather into barns; yet your heavenly Father feeds them. Are you not of more value than they?

Which of you by worrying can add one cubit to his stature?

So why do you worry about clothing? Consider the lilies of the field, how they grow: they neither toil nor spin; and yet I say to you that even Solomon in all his glory was not arrayed like one of these.

Now if God so clothes the grass of the field, which today is, and tomorrow is thrown into the oven, will He not much more clothe you, O you of little faith?

Therefore do not worry, saying, 'What shall we eat?' or 'What shall we drink?' or 'What shall we wear?' For after all these things the Gentiles seek. For your heavenly Father knows that you need all these things.

But seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness, and all these things shall be added to you.

Therefore do not worry about tomorrow, for tomorrow will worry about its own things. Sufficient for the day is its own trouble.

- Matthew 6:25-34

This morning as I lay in bed, a wise realisation dawned upon me: A good friend is like high-quality underwear - comfortable, intimate and provides great support.

I'm a genius. Haha. Remember, you heard this quote here first.

There is a time for everything

A wise friend once quoted Ecclesiastes 3 to me.

To every thing there is a season, and a time for every purpose under the heaven:

a time to be born, and a time to die; a time to plant, and a time to pluck up that which is planted;

a time to kill, and a time to heal; a time to break down, and a time to build up;

a time to weep, and a time to laugh; a time to mourn, and a time to dance;

a time to cast away stones, and a time to gather stones together; a time to embrace, and a time to refrain from embracing;

a time to get, and a time to lose; a time to keep, and a time to cast away;

a time to rend, and a time to sew; a time to keep silence, and a time to speak;

a time to love, and a time to hate; a time of war, and a time of peace.

What profit hath he that worketh in that for which he laboreth?

I have seen the travail which God hath given to the sons of men to be exercised in it.

He hath made every thing beautiful in his time. Also He hath set the world in their heart, so that no man can find out the work that God maketh from the beginning to the end.

Patience, young man. There is a time for everything.

Mean motivation

Being mean just because you are in a position to won't earn my respect.

But I thank you anyway, because you motivate me to become stronger.

Because I remember. Because I learn.

Because I choose to.

Hello Panda!

Hello Panda

Remember those Hello Panda biscuits that was the perfect snack for everyone, ranging from primary school children to office kids? Ah, those tasty memories.

Smile

Artist: Nat King Cole
Words by John Turner and Geoffrey Parsons and Music by Charlie Chaplin

Smile though your heart is aching
Smile even though its breaking
When there are clouds in the sky, you'll get by
If you smile through your fear and sorrow
Smile and maybe tomorrow
You'll see the sun come shining through for you

Light up your face with gladness
Hide every trace of sadness
Although a tear may be ever so near
Thats the time you must keep on trying
Smile, whats the use of crying?
Youll find that life is still worthwhile
If you just smile

[Instrumental Interlude]

Thats the time you must keep on trying
Smile, whats the use of crying?
Youll find that life is still worthwhile
If you just smile

The Talented Ms Swan

I used to think that Ms Swan was only whiny and irritatingly funny.

But in this episode, she showcases her other talents. She can actually sing and dance pretty decently too! (Watch video till the end)

Enjoy! ;)

Sometimes

Sometimes I wish I could turn off the noises in my head.

Sometimes the silence can get too loud.

Sometimes I wish I happiness and sadness didn't come hand in hand.

Sometimes the balance rips me apart.

Sometimes I wish someone heard.

Sometimes I need my space.

Sometimes I need someone with me in my space.

Sometimes I contradict myself.

Sometimes I feel like a clown. Painted smile, sad, and scary.

Sometimes I need to rant.

Sometimes I hope someone helps me.

Sometimes I am afraid of help.

Sometimes I need to talk. Other times, I lock myself up in a vacuum.

And. I. Suffocate. In. The. Melancholy.
